Process
Multiple reports across the organization required data collection from multiple sources for internal reporting and compliance reporting. Manual effort for all reporting caused errors and delays. Reports included Sales Incentive reports, Management Information Systems (MIS), HR Compliance, etc. It involved high cost since the process was manual in nature and accuracy was difficult to assess.
Solution
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) was looked at as a solution for reporting and analyzing of data. The data collection was done from source systems, and a record-by-record mapping was done to ensure that we maintained high accuracy.
